Investment and financial software firm SS&C Technologies’ TimeShareWare Professional has been brought in by Salt Lake City’s The Kimball to manage front desk, reservations, owner accounting and credit card processing. The Windsor company’s TimeShareWare .NET software solution will also be used to handle online reservation access for Kimball timeshare owners.

Some interesting tidbits about how Connecticuters lost $3.3 million last year to Internet-related crime…A new, just released report from the joint FBI-National White Collar Crime Center’s Internet Crime Complaint Center shows that identity theft and online auction fraud were the most common grievances out of the 2,551 complaints (1% of total) recorded in 2010. Interesting facts…majority of the CT victims were 40-59-year old men and 13.7% of complaints were from California. The business intelligence software company promoted Ron Dunsky to Senior Vice President/Marketing and Communications and Tom White to Senior Vice President/Technology and Air Traffic Management. Christopher W. Maccarone was named as Vice President/Airline Performance from his previous position as Managing Director/Performance Analysis at Northwest Airlines.
