State faces growing list of transit woes

"Matthew Nemerson, president of the Connecticut Technology Council, said that Connecticut's successful technology companies are in the state partly because of even worse traffic in Boston and California's Silicon Valley, but are keenly attuned to the state's infrastructure shortcomings.
