Rick Harris, CTC’s Board Secretary, is a partner at Day Pitney LLP, leading Day Pitney’s Technology, Telecommunications, and Outsourcing practice group. Rick concentrates on commercial transactions with special emphasis on intellectual property and technology issues.

Rick regularly lectures around the country and writes on intellectual property law topics relating to computer technology and technology outsourcing. He is the co-author of A Practical Guide to Organizing a Business in Connecticut (2013) with a chapter on Intellectual Property.

Rick is also a Director, and past Chair, of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Connecticut.
