K. Oni Chukwu - Board Member

Oni has been appointed as President & CEO at Aventri (previously etouches). Oni will also join the company’s Board of Directors.

Oni has served as CFO and operating executive for five enterprise software companies and has earned a distinguished reputation in the private equity and venture capital world as a serial entrepreneurial executive who gets the job done. To date, he has raised more than $3.5 billion in investor capital, facilitated significant value creation and led four enterprise software companies to successful public and private exits.

Most recently, Oni was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Triple Point Technology, Inc. and recently completed the sale of the company in one of the biggest transactions in the software industry in 2013.

Oni is a member of the Board of Governors of the University of New Haven and the Founder of AfricaPlan Foundation. He holds a MBA from the University of New Haven.
