About the event

Albert Einstein once said, "Failure is success in progress.” Was he right? We often hear about the strategies and breakthroughs that led accomplished scientists and business executives on the path to success. How about the mistakes made along that same path? True leaders are built through challenges and adversity.

Join us for an engaging and informal in-person discussion on accepting failure and transforming it as a valuable learning opportunity.  In this interactive session, CTC members share their own stories of stumbling and reframing their mistakes as stepping stones to growth and innovation.

FREE for members and non-members. Light refreshments provided.  RSVP for details!

DIRECTIONS: Enter campus via Gate 6 (corner of Huntington Street and Winchester Avenue). Drive past the Athletic Center, go down a small hill into the Campus Center parking lot (covered solar parking) and continue to the Academic Center lot (also with solar parking). The events will be held at the Tagliatela Academic Center - building with a large bronze statue of St. Albert at the entrance. Follow signs for event parking and registration.
