Milena Stankova Erwin
Executive Director, CT Technology Council
Milena Stankova Erwin is Adjunct Professor at University of Connecticut School of Business and the Executive Director of the Connecticut Technology Council. She’s spearheaded initiatives for technology, innovation, and talent development in the region including elevating women in technology throughout her career. Previously, she served as the director of talent solutions for the Roanoke Regional Partnership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of National and World Economy and a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on international business from University of Oklahoma.
Elizabeth Durgin
Program Coordinator, CT Technology Council
Elizabeth Durgin serves as the CT Technology Council's Program coordinator where she helps build and manage member programming for the region’s technology and biotechnology businesses. She also served as Women of Innovation Committee Chair and Co-Chair 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Elizabeth brings a diverse skill set in communications and event management to the role. Prior to joining CTC, she served on the STEM Steering Committee on the Governor's Council on Women and Girls. She also served on the Annual Conference Marketing and Sponsorship Committees for the Southern New England Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
As program coordinator, Elizabeth supports bringing CTCs high-impact initiatives to life, forges new connections within the state of Connecticut's tech community, and supports existing partners across life sciences, technology, and innovation.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the American University.
