Chris VanDerStad - Board Member

Chris leads the Research & Development Team for the Open Solutions Division of Fiserv, spearheading the software development of the DNA platform and its complementary products.
His career at Fiserv/Open Solutions began in 1994, with his start as a Software Engineer during the beginning stages of the company.  In 1997, VanDerStad was promoted to Manager/Director of Development, and in 2004, he led the significant effort to rewrite DNA into an extensible, multi-tiered architecture, implementing a new workflow-driven user interface.  In 2007, he was appointed Vice President of Architecture.

Prior to joining Open Solutions, Chris was a software developer at a large commercial bank in New Jersey.   He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, with a concentration in Computer Information Systems.
