Tony Allen - Board Member

Tony Allen is a Managing Partner of The IMPACT Group, a boutique consultancy of experienced senior executives from diverse industry backgrounds that bring angel investment and strategic management consulting to start-up technology businesses, turnarounds and a broad range of public, private and nonprofit sector organizations. He brings more than 20 years of global strategic, environmental and operational management consulting experience to the companies he assists with strategies that result in profitable, accelerated growth of both product and service businesses.

Prior to joining The IMPACT Group, Tony co-founded Spear Technologies, Inc. in 1997, for which he acquired venture capital to fund and served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations and as a Member of the Board of Directors. In the two-year period that followed, Spear became the leading supplier of Enterprise Asset Management Software to the Public Transportation Industry. Prior to founding Spear, Tony was Vice President of Operations for Tenera, Inc. a publicly held management consulting firm that served the global energy and transportation markets.
