2015 Women of Innovation Keynote Speaker:

Cecilia K. McKenney, Executive Vice President of Frontier Secure and Administration, Frontier Communications

McKenney is a member of The Leadership Council of Franklin & Marshall College and a member of the Board of Directors of The Child Care Council of Westchester County, Inc.  On May 15, 2014, she was honored with the HR Leader Award in the Large Company category at the 2014 Fairfield County HR People of the Year Awards. The awards are given each year by The Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management to recognize individuals whose performance and contributions have significantly benefited their organizations, the Human Resources profession and the community.
