  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Group & Individual Life Insurance
  • Short Term & Long Term Disability
  • Group & Individual Long Term Care Insurance
  • Voluntary Benefit Plans
  • Association Programs
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs)

HCG Services will also review alternative funding methods for cash flow advantages such as partially, self-insured, minimum funding or administrative-services-only plans. Billing, claim and eligibility review, underwriting and benefit analyses are also available. Also offered are voluntary benefits (section 125 plans) that you and your employees can select and pay for on a pretax basis. Payroll deduction is available with most programs.

HCG Services is prepared to focus on the needs of emerging technology companies in Connecticut.   It has developed a consultative practice centered on the needs of technology employers throughout the state.  HCG understands the challenges these organizations face as they attempt to attract and retain qualified employees in a very competitive labor market.  HCG employee benefit staff is at the forefront of today’s medical and employee benefit market and will partner with your organization to develop long term benefit strategies that support and advance the objectives of technology employers.
